Neil Perry will be a guest chef at Byron Bay gala dinner

The inaugural Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival is thrilled to announce Neil Perry AM as a guest chef at the festival’s opening-night Mixed Dozen gala dinner on 2 June from 6pm.

Neil Perry AM is one of Australia’s most influential and recognised chefs, but is just one part of a stellar line-up of one dozen acclaimed chefs set to take over the Elements of Byron Resort kitchen that night.

The additional 11 acclaimed chefs are:

— Steven Snow - Fins
— Darren Robertson and Mark Labrooy - Three Blue Ducks
— Sarah Swan - 100 Mile Table
— Simon Jones - Elements Of Byron
— Sean Connelly -The Balcony Bar and Oyster Co.
— Katrina and Karl Kanetani - TOWN Restaurant and Café
— Bret Cameron - Harvest
— Gavin Hughes - Byron at Byron Resort and Spa
— Carlo Magnabosco - Beach Byron Bay
— Monique Guterres - Seaweed Cuisine

Tickets for the Mixed Dozen gala dinner are $185 per person and include:

— Canapés upon arrival

— A six-course menu designed and prepared by the acclaimed chefs

— Wines from 12 Australian festival wineries
