Neil Perry will be a guest chef at Byron Bay gala dinner
The inaugural Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival is thrilled to announce Neil Perry AM as a guest chef at the festival’s opening-night Mixed Dozen gala dinner on 2 June from 6pm.
Neil Perry AM is one of Australia’s most influential and recognised chefs, but is just one part of a stellar line-up of one dozen acclaimed chefs set to take over the Elements of Byron Resort kitchen that night.
The additional 11 acclaimed chefs are:

Tickets for the Mixed Dozen gala dinner are $185 per person and include:
