Manta launches new seasonal casual-dining menu
Manta Restaurant and Bar’s new autumn casual-dining menu offers two options either two courses for $55 or three courses for $65.
Executive Chef Daniel Hughes and Head Chef Steve Hetherington have created the casual menu at the Woolloomooloo, Sydney, restaurant using the same premium, fresh and sustainable produce they use to create the a la carte menu.
The team works with local farmers to source the best produce. The grass-fed beef is sourced from the family farm of Manta’s owner, Rob Rubis, and the seafood is locally and sustainably caught.
Manta Restaurant and Bar is located at the water’s edge on the iconic Woolloomooloo Wharf, with exceptional views across the marina towards the city.
Manta’s a la carte menu will remain alongside the autumn-casual dining menu and function packages are available for private parties, semi-private dining, launches, events or weddings.
