The Nullo Mountain vineyard sits at 1100 metres in the Great Dividing Range near Rylsetone.
This wine shows perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, and also some botrytised character.
It’s definitely in the dessert-wine category and similar to a German auslese riesling.
