For me, this is nearly the perfect summer luncheon wine and hence, by default, the very model of a modern Australian rosé.
It has a gorgeous pink colour and quite intense spicy, berryfruit aromas.
It seems to do a tango on your tongue and then finishes completely dry.
Quite perfect really.
