Rymill 2012 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

A year and a half in French oak has given this dry red some real backbone and the potential to grow into a Coonawarra classic.

As I’ve said before, and will no doubt say again, for me the natural accompaniment for cabernet is lamb.
