The sunny 2013 vintage in Henty has produced a sunny chardonnay that simply oozes a complex range of varietal flavours — stonefruit, melon, hazelnuts — made even more complex by barrel fermentation and nine months of oak maturation.
It shows great balance and length on the palate.
A great wine to match with chicken dishes but also has the weight not to be overwhelmed by roast pork.
